Tax Bill Passes House

The House passes their tax reconciliation package. Next up—deliberations in the Senate.

The House passed the tax reconciliation package. Up to this point, the bill has passed the House Ways & Means Committee, House Budget Committee, and House Rules Committee with various adjustments incorporated along the way. There has been debate on topics ranging from the SALT cap to clean energy credits and beyond, but the passed version could change significantly now that it is the Senate’s turn to take up the legislation.
